Value Delivered
KDC Systems provided building automation solutions for the third phase of a campus housing plan at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). This phase included the addition of a six-building, 1,050-bed complex with a central plant, dining, and residences.
We worked closely with campus officials, the commissioning agent, and the design-build contractor to engineer and install control systems customized to CSUF’s specific needs.
Our solution not only interfaces with third-party systems, it helps improve CSUF’s control of their heating, lighting, security, and other critical systems throughout their facilities.
